We are proud of our food services at Carol Joy Holling. Most meals are served buffet style in our dining hall at the Sjogren Center. The menus are created by our culinary team with the interest of our guest groups in mind. At breakfast you will find a Continental style breakfast of baked goods, fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt, accompanied with hot entrees and breakfast meats. For lunch we serve house made soups, specialty salads, fruit and a hot entrée that may be a deluxe hamburger, a taco bar or a lunch style casserole with fresh baked cookies or dessert bars. Our dinner entrees are creative and change with the seasons. The entrée is usually served with vegetables, a starch, an extensive salad bar, from the oven dinner rolls and of course, dessert!
Three meals are included in all of our Swanson and Sjogren Retreat Center’s overnight packages. For day meetings and extended overnight stays, individual meals can be priced for you. We can also cater meals to you at different locations or prepare a cookout for your group. Pricing for these services can be made by calling Dana at 402-944-2544.
Standard meal times are:
Breakfast- 7:30 am
Lunch- 12 noon
Dinner- 6 pm
